Making a purchase. You do not need a customer account, however when you make your purchase you will be given the option of creating one. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart, stating size and colour where appropriate. After you have finished your selection, go to checkout where you can choose between the following two options:

1) The "Credit/Debit Card" option to pay securely by card, you will be taken to a secure "PayPal" payment page. If you do not have a PayPal account use the left hand side of the page to fill in your card payment details.

2) The "Send payment by cheque" option and then after completing checkout mail your payment, along with details of your order, by cheque or postal order to:

Goods will be held for 7 days after receiving your order, thereafter they will be available for re-sale. We reserve the right to wait for payment to clear before releasing any goods.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and Handling: We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours (UK Bank Holidays and weekends excepted). Custom made tack is despatched in 2 - 10 working days. We currently deliver to the UK only.

Payment: Payment can be made securely by credit/debit card via PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account.

Returns Policy: All goods which have been cut or processed by the purchaser will have been accepted by the purchaser and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly any claim in respect of faults in the goods supplied, where the claim has not been made within 14 days of receipt, will be dealt with on the basis that the goods have been accepted by the purchaser, and therefore cannot be rejected. No items will be accepted for return after 14 days. Please also note that a refund will not be given if items have been cleaned, or used contrary to any instructions on this website. Personal Customers only: Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange. You must e-mail lyndashorsewear@yahoo.co.uk, for instructions on returning the items. Any payment already made will be refunded on receipt of the goods (less postage).
